Adventure Truck Plaza Cook-Off Rules

-Booth set up begins at 8:00am and all equipment must be in place by 9:00am

-All teams must supply tables, chairs, tents (10 X 10) and cooking equipment needed.

-All cooking must be done on location.  Food prep can be done beforehand

-Serving plates/bowls, napkins and utensils will be supplied by Adventure Truck Plaza

-Must make enough for 75-6oz servings.

-Food must be available for noon to serve attendees

-Judging will begin at 12:30pm

-Overall champion and people choice winners will be announced at 4:00pm
